摘要: 环境光照对实验动物的性成熟及繁殖性能力有着重要的影响,不同国家和地区对实验动物大小鼠环境光照 的要求有着较大差别,本文讨论了光照周期、光线波长对大小鼠繁殖的影响,对光照相关的其他因素,如光污染、笼 子摆放位置和笼盒颜色等问题进行分析并提出相应解决建议。 提出墙壁及地面灯带设计和移动光源的方法来解 决实验动物设施光源分布不均问题,同时讨论了工作人员相关知识培训的重要性。

关键词: 繁育性能, 昼夜节律, 光线波长

Abstract: Environmental light plays an important role in the sexual maturity and reproductive performance of experimental animals. Different countries and regions have different requirements on the environmental light of laboratory animal rats and mice. This paper reviews the effects of light cycle and wavelength on the reproduction of rats and mice. Other factors related to light, such as light pollution, cage placement and box color, were analyzed and corresponding solutions were put forward. In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of light source in laboratory animal facilities, the paper proposed the design of wall and ground light belt and the method of moving light source, and discussed the importance of staff training related knowledge.
